Questions We Hear a Lot

Custom Orders & Decoration

How do I place a custom embroidery or screen printing order?

Submit a quote request through our website. Tell us what you need: garment type, quantity, and your artwork or logo. We will follow up within one business day with pricing and next steps. Every custom job is different, so we do not have a standard checkout for these orders.
What file format do you need for my logo?

Vector files work best: AI, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG or PDF are also fine. If you only have a low-resolution image, our graphic design team can help recreate or clean it up for a small additional fee.
How long does a custom order take?

Most custom orders are ready within 7–10 business days after artwork is approved. Rush turnaround is available on select orders, just mention it when you submit your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the service. Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces. Embroidery can often be done on single items. Direct to Garment (DTG) has no minimums. Tell us what you need and we will find the best fit.
Can I provide my own garments to be decorated?

Yes, in most cases we can decorate customer-supplied garments. Contact us before sending anything so we can confirm it works with our equipment.
Do you offer graphic design services?

We do. Our in-house graphic design team can create logos, lay out artwork, and get files production-ready. Design fees are quoted based on the scope of the project. If your artwork is already ready to go, we can usually skip this step entirely.
Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely, walk-ins are always welcome! Stop by any time during business hours and our team will
be happy to help. Whether you want to see samples, talk through a project, or check out boot options in person, our doors are open. For larger or complex projects, calling ahead ensures the
right person is available for you.

Boots & Ready-Made Products

Can I buy boots online and pick them up in store?

Yes. Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready at our Albuquerque location. We will send you a notification when it is ready to go.
What boot brands do you carry?

We carry work boots and safety footwear from Justin Workwear, Rocky, Georgia Boot, Thorgood, and Carolina, among others. Our catalog is updated regularly. If you do not see what you need, give us a call and we will do our best to source it.
What is your return policy for boots?

Do you carry boots in wide or narrow widths?

Many styles come in multiple widths. Use the width filter on our boots page to narrow things down, or contact us if you need help finding the right fit.

Corporate & Group Orders

Do you offer pricing for businesses that order regularly?

Yes, we offer corporate account pricing for businesses with ongoing decoration or workwear needs. Apply through our website and someone from our team will be in touch to get you set up.
Can you set up an online store for my organization?

That is one of our favorite things to do. We build custom branded online stores for schools, sports teams, companies, and nonprofits through our Group Stores program. Your people order directly, we handle fulfillment. Head to our Group Stores page to learn more or get started.
Can you mix decoration methods on the same order?

Absolutely. A lot of our clients do exactly that, embroidered left chest logo, screen printed back graphic, for example. Submit a quote request and tell us what you have in mind.

Do you ship outside of Albuquerque?

Yes, we ship across New Mexico and nationally. Shipping for boot and ready-made orders is calculated at checkout. Shipping for custom decorated orders is included in the quote.
