Custom Orders & Decoration

Submit a quote request through our website. Tell us what you need — garment type, quantity, and your artwork or logo — and we will follow up within one business day with pricing and next steps. We do not have a standard online checkout for custom orders because every job is different.

Vector files work best — AI, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG or PDF files are also acceptable. If you only have a low-resolution image, our graphic design team can help recreate or clean up your artwork for an additional fee.

Most custom orders are ready within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush turnaround is available on select orders — mention it in your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.

Minimums vary by service. Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces. Embroidery can often be done on single items. Direct to Garment (DTG) printing has no minimums. Contact us and we will find the best option for your quantity.

Yes — we can decorate customer-supplied garments in most cases. Contact us before sending anything so we can confirm compatibility with our equipment and discuss any limitations.

Yes. Our in-house graphic design team can create logos, layout artwork, and prepare files for production. Design fees are quoted separately based on project scope. If you already have artwork ready, we can often skip this step entirely.

Boots & Ready-Made Products

Yes. Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready for pickup at our Albuquerque location at 7400 Montgomery Blvd NE Suite 4. We will notify you when your order is ready.

We carry work boots and safety footwear from Justin Workwear, Rocky, Georgia Boot, Thorgood, and Carolina, among others. Our catalog is updated regularly — if you do not see what you need, contact us and we will do our best to source it.

Corporate & Group Orders

Yes. We offer corporate account pricing for businesses that order regularly. Apply for a corporate account through our website and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your needs and set up your account.

Absolutely. We build custom branded online stores for schools, sports teams, companies, and nonprofits through our Group Stores program. Employees or members can order directly through your store and we handle fulfillment. Visit our Group Stores page or click Start Your Store to get started.

Yes — many of our clients mix decoration methods across an order. For example, embroidered left chest logos with a screen printed back graphic. Submit a quote request and let us know what you have in mind.

Yes — we ship orders across New Mexico and nationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for boot and ready-made orders. Custom decorated orders are quoted with shipping included.
