Dye Sublimation

The most cost efficient way to get your artwork printed on apparel is through dye sublimation. You can also use dye sublimation to make custom puzzle pieces, lunchboxes, awards, keychains, dog tags and so much more!

During the dye sublimation process, your artwork is printed on a transferable paper that is then applied to your garment or product surface with a heat press. While applying the heat press, the ink vaporizes into gas and penetrates into garment or product.

Although the results of dye sublimation are excellent, there are limitations to using this method. Dye sublimation can not be performed with 100% cotton garments because the fibers can not hold the vaporized ink together.
