How do I place a custom order?
Submit a quote request through our website. Tell us what you need: service type, garment, quantity, and your artwork, and we will follow up within one business day with pricing and next steps. Every order is custom, so we do not have a standard checkout for decoration services.
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector files work best: AI, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG or PDF are also fine. If you only have a low-resolution image, our team can help recreate or clean it up. Mention it in your quote request.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are ready within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush turnaround is available on select jobs, mention it when you submit your request and we will let you know what is possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the service. Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces. Embroidery and patches can often be done on single items. DTG has no minimums. Ask us when you submit your quote and we will find the right fit.
Can you decorate garments I already own?
Yes, in most cases we can decorate customer-supplied garments. Contact us before sending anything to confirm compatibility.
Do I need a logo before I can place an order?
No. Our team can help develop your logo or artwork from scratch. Mention it in your quote request or ask about our graphic design services.
